With NCS you get the whole package. Our 20 years in the business means we understand our materials and products and we’ve developed a range of processes that are tried, tested, practical and adaptable.
With a history of successful projects, we have unique insight into the way different environments work, and we always apply what we have learnt over the years. Whether it is a small individual or bespoke project or an entire scheme, we confidently work with designers, contractors and end-users. Needs change across sectors, but quality, innovative and practical furniture solutions, delivered safely, to time and budget – every time – is common to all.
We batch manufacture a wide range of panel products from materials such as laminate, linoleum, Trespa, Corian, MDF and MFC together with tubular and sheet steel products in house. Because of our highly skilled team and specialist machinery, we have the built-in flexibility to manage, and adapt to changing requirements.
We work to suit our customers; whether it’s from a problem, a concept, a plan, a scheme, a brief or a bill of quantities. Advice and recommendations are based on our experience; and we know that working closely with all parties means that we can ensure that our designs are practical, effective, great looking, enhance the space and are future-proofed. We use 2D and 3D Computer Aided Design and production engineering to assess material, structure, components and budget.
We work in partnership with our suppliers and source and manage our materials responsibly and ethically. As part of the Bisley Group we enjoy economies of scale and unique access to a variety of specialist suppliers, enabling us to address specific issues and purposes.
Because every project is unique, our approach is diagnostic; we collaborate with our customers to identify and clarify their needs before establishing an accurate and realistic brief. This ensures we have a thorough understanding of the organisation, the people and the constraints so we can deliver the best solution, one that meets the brief and balances function, look, budget and time.
The final phase of the project, and the one that typically defines our customers’ overall impression of the quality of our products and services, so we aim for complete customer satisfaction. To give you peace of mind we undertake the necessary specialist surveys and liaise closely with site staff and with other trades throughout. We also ensure we have the correct certification and issue the relevant procedures and paperwork in good time, and if required we can provide off-site storage facilities. You’re left with a site that is clean, clear and snag free.
